A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a TrakSYS Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for MES solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES and SQL Server, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating fixes with various teams. Qualifications
Hands on experience on TrakSYS MES (version 12 is a plus).
Understanding of TrakSYS architecture and core configurations.
Knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures).
Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, and network basics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 Support for TrakSYS MES application.
Monitor system performance and ensure continuous up time.
Identify root causes and coordinate fixes with teams.
Query and analyze TrakSYS SQL Server database table.
Troubleshoot TrakSYS integration issues with ERP and WMS.
Handle incident management through ticketing tools.
Maintain documentation, change logs, and knowledge base.
Track SLAs, KPIs, and recurring issues for improvement.
Support scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and deployments.
