Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a MES Support Engineer to provide Tier 1-3 support for MES applications in manufacturing operations. The role covers incident resolution, MES maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

You'll collaborate with Production, QA, Automation, IT, and Business teams to monitor MES performance, support deployments, and ensure GMP/GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Exposure to MES platforms such as PharmaSuite, Syncade, DeltaV MES, Opcenter, Camstar, Tulip, or similar applications preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, industrial processes, and digital manufacturing concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 support for MES applications and manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Maintain MES master data, workflows, recipes, eBRs, and system configurations.
• Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and change management activities.
• Monitor MES performance and support manufacturing execution processes.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Automation, CSV, IT, and Digital teams.
• Participate in process improvements, site deployments, and global rollouts.
