Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a Success Operations Associate to join the Supply Chain Innovation team. You’ll support B2B merchants, build strong partnerships, and ensure performance standards are met, working with Product, Operations, Implementation, and Merchant Success teams.

The role reports to the Manager, Merchant Success Operations. The position emphasizes documented processes, cross‑functional collaboration, and a drive for operational excellence across high‑volume sites.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience coordinating with multiple departments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and basic Internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain merchant-facing purchase order trackers reflecting PO status.
• Coordinate shipments with operations and transportation to ensure timely pickups.
• Create accurate packing slips, shipping labels, and BOLs per standards.
• Arrange dock appointments and support retailer chargeback processes.
• Escalate urgent issues while maintaining positive merchant experience.
• Follow SOPs and manage retailer TMS routing as required.
• Collaborate with product, operations, implementation, and merchant success teams.
• Support traceability and maintain accurate records for continuous improvement.
