Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Merchant Success Associate to guide ecommerce merchants toward success at scale from a remote setting. You will plan onboarding and audit calls, set up automated campaigns, and craft in-app messaging to drive adoption.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop tutorials and self-service content, helping hundreds of growing brands achieve better retention and expansion across the Shopify ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1–8 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, sales development, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of scalable engagement and one-to-many success models.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms and automation tools.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Onboarding, Sales Development, Technical Support, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of scalable customer engagement and 'one-to-many' success models, with an interest in automation and lifecycle communication.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms and automation tools such as Planhat, or the ability and willingness to learn them quickly.
