Job summary

Skio, a remote-first company delivering subscription tools for top e-commerce brands, seeks an experienced Customer Success / Onboarding specialist. You will design onboarding flows, create resources, and drive merchant activation across a broad merchant base.

You will manage 90-day onboarding, monitor health metrics, and promote product adoption. Strong writing, organizational skills, and experience with Shopify and automation tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–8 years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales Dev, or Tech Support.
• Experience within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Familiar with Planhat for email sequencing.
• Ability to write clear, punchy, and actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and run onboarding programs and automated email campaigns.
• Manage the first 90 days of merchant onboarding for rapid activation.
• Create educational resources, tutorials, and best-practice guides.
• Monitor merchant health metrics and mitigate churn.
• Drive product adoption by showing merchants ROI through core features.
• Build a library of self-service resources for merchants.
