Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Merchant Success Associate to guide ecommerce merchants toward success at scale from a remote setting. You will plan onboarding and audit calls, set up automated campaigns, and craft in-app messaging to drive adoption.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop tutorials and self-service content, helping hundreds of growing brands achieve better retention and expansion across the Shopify ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 1–8 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, sales development, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of scalable engagement and one-to-many success models.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run onboarding and audit calls, automated email campaigns, in-app messaging, and other programs that guide merchants toward successful product adoption.
• Develop scalable outreach and intervention strategies to help merchants overcome challenges and improve retention.
• Partner with Marketing and Product to create educational resources, including video tutorials, best-practice guides, how-to content, and other self-service materials.
