Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Director in the United States. You will lead merchant acquisition, onboarding and early success, owning strategy and execution to drive growth for hundreds of thousands of merchants.

You will partner with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, sales and operations to design scalable go-to-market plans, set merchants up for long-term profitability, and translate insights into measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, with transformation experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Owner mindset with accountability for outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, written, verbal and visual.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Curious, innovative, problem-solver who challenges status quo.
• Analytical and able to pull data in SQL or model in Excel.
