DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Director to own merchant acquisition, onboarding, and early success. You will shape strategy and execute cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, sales, and operations to drive merchant growth.

You’ll translate customer insights into measurable experiments, set the vision for merchant experiences, and lead large teams through complex, fast-paced initiatives while aligning with company goals and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
