Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 10+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, banking or technology with transformation leadership.
• Experience managing large teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to create clarity in complex problems and articulate vision to partners.
• Own outcomes and drive vision and direction of the company.
• Exceptional communication across written, verbal and visual forms.
• Strong business acumen to assess risks and opportunities.
• Curiosity to innovate and improve.
• Problem solving from first principles and challenging status quo.
• Analytical with ability to pull data in SQL or model in Excel.
• Persuasive, relationship-builder, and effective collaborator.
