Job summary

PNC is seeking a high-performing Merchant Services sales professional for the Philadelphia/NJ territory. You will drive revenue growth, support Business Banking clients with $1-10MM in annual revenue, and balance proactive prospecting with trusted banker relationships to build a robust pipeline.

You will leverage CRM insights to position Merchant Services as a core financial strategy while collaborating with internal teams and providing occasional on-site installation support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, prospecting and selling skills to develop new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new Merchant Services clients within the Business Banking segment.
• Partner with BBRMs and bank stakeholders to uncover opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
• Execute outbound activity to build a strong pipeline and referrals from relationships.
• Lead client engagements from discovery to close, aligning solutions to cash-flow needs.
• Develop territory growth strategies to support deposit growth, retention and fee income.
• Serve as trusted advisor and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide in-person installation support with internal resources.
