Growith is seeking experienced Merchant Services / Payment Processing sales professionals to prospect local businesses, meet owners, analyze statements, demonstrate savings and close. The role requires 3+ years of direct merchant services sales experience and is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Growith is a Vertical AI SaaS company serving 400+ U.S. businesses, offering payment processing, POS, AI automation, and marketing services.

Qualifications

3+ years of direct Merchant Services / Payment Processing sales experience.
Proven history of acquiring and closing merchant accounts.
Understanding of merchant statements, interchange, pricing models, and card-present payments.
Experience selling payment terminals and/or POS systems.
Strong SMB owner-focused selling and field prospecting.
Based in or able to cover Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Responsibilities

Prospect merchants via in-person field sales, cold outreach, networking and referrals.
Meet directly with owners and decision-makers.
Analyze merchant processing statements and identify cost savings.
Sell payment terminals, POS systems, and Growith products.
Conduct product demonstrations and proposals.
Negotiate and close merchant accounts.
Build and manage your DFW territory and pipeline.
Cross-sell Growith SaaS, AI and business services.
Achieve monthly merchant acquisition targets.
