Job summary

System One is seeking a Business Banking Consultant specialized in Merchant Services to drive new business in the Oakland area. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while leveraging partner banks to source referrals and build a strong client network.

You will conduct on-site Clover product demonstrations, articulate value, and close deals with SMBs. A proactive hunter mentality and proven quota achievement are essential for success in this field sales role.

Qualifications

• Must have proven outside sales experience and a track record of meeting/quota targets.
• Ability to self-source leads, build a pipeline, and close deals.
• Experience selling payment solutions, merchant services, or POS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Clover POS platform to SMBs in assigned Oakland territory.
• Manage a multi-branch territory and collaborate with partner banks to generate referrals.
• Conduct on-site product demos and presentations to close deals in person.
