Job summary

System One is seeking a Business Banking Consultant to drive Merchant Services Business Development in a quota-driven field-sales role. You will promote Clover, a cloud-based POS platform, to SMBs within a defined territory, and collaborate with partner banks to generate referrals and close deals.

You’ll conduct on-site demos, manage relationships, and own prospecting, pipeline building, and the closing of opportunities to achieve territory targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Sell Clover, an industry-leading cloud-based POS platform, to SMBs in your territory.
• Manage a multi-branch territory, building relationships with business bankers to generate referrals.
• Conduct on-site product demos and presentations to show how Clover can streamline operations and boost revenue.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, self-source leads, generate referrals, close deals, and meet quota.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline, turning around underperforming accounts with proactive solutions.
