Job summary

PayBright is seeking an Application Support Specialist to help move merchant applications through onboarding efficiently. You will review documents, resolve issues, and ensure accurate setup while maintaining momentum in a high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support sales and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, admin support, or similar operational role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM.
• Preferred: experience in merchant services/payments industry.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from sales agents and internal teams via phone, email, and CRM.
• Review merchant applications, identification documents, and paperwork for completeness.
• Update merchant applications as new information arrives.
• Contact agents or internal teams to collect missing documents.
• Resolve routine issues related to application status and account setup.
• Document conversations, updates, and next steps in systems.
• Work through a queue of tickets and emails while meeting turnaround times.
• Prioritize urgent requests and time-sensitive applications.
• Maintain digital files per policy and confidentiality.
