Job summary

DoorDash seeks an Associate, Strategy & Operations for In-Store Merchant Success in Atlanta, GA. You will partner with merchants to drive onboarding, activation, and incremental volume, while building reporting and guiding tests to improve outcomes.

Must work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales to scale the In-Store experience and translate results into actionable insights for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience operating as a merchant-facing Account Manager or Strategy & Ops generalist; end-to-end ownership of reporting, onboarding and experiments.
• Proven ability to translate goals into actionable plans and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain merchant-facing and internal performance reports.
• Guide new merchants through onboarding and ramp-up activities.
• Scope and run tests to drive incremental volume and derive actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to grow merchant engagement on the platform.
