Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations for the In Store Rewards initiative to serve as the merchant's day-to-day partner for success. You will report to the Manager, In-Store Strategy and Operations and will build merchant-facing and internal reporting, guide onboarding, and scope tests to drive incremental volume.

This role requires experience in merchant-facing account management or strategy & ops, with a track record of outcomes and the ability to coordinate with Product,

Qualifications

• Experience operating as a merchant-facing Account Manager or Strategy & Ops generalist comfortable owning reporting, onboarding, and experimentation workstreams end-to-end.
• Track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles.
• Experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of responsibilities.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans & items.
• Excellent Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain merchant-facing and internal reporting on performance and health.
• Guide new merchants through onboarding so they ramp quickly.
• Scope and run tests that drive incremental volume; turn results into actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across DoorDash to keep merchants engaged and growing on the platform.
