Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in B2B sales or merchant acquisition is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the food delivery industry or local retail is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Identify and recruit potential merchants (restaurants, stores, etc.) to join our platform and drive onboarding and partnerships.
• Conduct frequent in-person visits to merchants in target areas to pitch cooperation and finalize onboarding procedures.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term merchant relationships with regular business support and visits.
• Collaborate with onboarded merchants to develop platform strategies and grow order volume and GMV.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns with Marketing to increase merchant exposure and transaction frequency.
• Update merchant backend data and settings to ensure smooth operations and accurate information.
• Monitor market trends and merchant feedback to support business decisions and product improvements.
