Job summary

HungryPanda is seeking a sales-focused professional to acquire merchants, negotiate contracts, and manage key merchant relationships. You will coordinate with Marketing and Delivery to align growth strategies and ensure timely execution of merchant programs.

Ideal candidates have Mandarin fluency, strong negotiation and sales experience, and excellent time management to drive GMV growth across partnered restaurants and merchants.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Mandarin.
• Experience in business negotiation, sales and marketing management is preferred.
• Strong time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire merchants and assist them in achieving higher orders and GMV.
• Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants.
• Maintain existing relationships with cooperating merchants and coordinate issues.
• Conduct regular merchant visits and update merchant materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
• Maintain backstage settings for each merchant in charge.
• Liaise with Marketing and Delivery to align strategies to increase GMV.
