Job summary

HungryPanda Ltd 熊猫外卖 in Columbus, Ohio is expanding its team to grow its merchant network for authentic Chinese food delivery across the region. We seek a results-driven Merchant Acquisition Manager to drive higher orders, revenue, and market share.

You will negotiate contracts, build strong merchant relationships, and coordinate with marketing and operations to increase GMV. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, and prior internet company sales experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Acquire merchants and drive higher orders and GMV
• Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts
• Maintain relationships with merchants and resolve stakeholder issues
• Conduct regular merchant visits and manage merchant materials
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned to customer needs
• Maintain and update backstage settings for each merchant
• Collaborate with Marketing and Delivery Ops to boost GMV
• Must be fluent in Mandarin
• Experience in business negotiation, sales and marketing management preferred
• Experience in internet companies preferred
