Job summary

HungryPanda Ltd 熊猫外卖 is expanding its merchant network in the New York area. The role focuses on identifying and recruiting restaurants and stores to join our platform, conducting in-person visits to pitch partnerships, and completing onboarding procedures.

You will maintain long-term merchant relationships, develop tailored platform strategies, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to grow GMV and order volume.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; English proficiency a plus.
• Familiar with food delivery industry, local retail, or internet platform ops.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; builds trust with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential merchants to join the platform, presenting offerings to drive onboarding and partnerships.
• Conduct frequent in-person visits to merchants to pitch cooperation, negotiate agreements, and complete onboarding procedures.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term merchant relationships with regular business support, visits, and addressing concerns.
• Work with onboarded merchants to develop platform strategies, optimize performance, and grow order volume and GMV.
• Propose and coordinate promotional campaigns with Marketing to increase merchant exposure and transactions.
• Continuously update merchant backend data and settings for smooth operations and performance tracking.
• Monitor market trends, gather merchant feedback, and provide actionable insights for business decisions and product improvement.
