Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of function-specific experience in sales, account management, merchant success, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and onboard new merchants to drive autonomous delivery growth, in coordination with account managers and sales teams.
• Own end-to-end merchant onboarding and training for a smooth launch experience.
• Conduct regular success check-ins and follow-ups with merchants to collect feedback and inform product development.
• Maintain merchant enablement in internal databases with accurate data and completeness.
• Support pilot launches with enterprise partners, providing onsite assistance and tracking store performance.
