Job summary

AEO is looking for a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in our Rochester store. You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to person for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, coaching and training your team to deliver best-in-class guest experiences, and ensuring floorset execution and brand standards are consistently met.

You will lead by example, drive sales, analyze trends, and keep the store guest-ready through effective replenishment and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail management.
• Ability to train and coach a team to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach the team to deliver AEO Brand Standards and maintain visual standards.
