Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Bloomington, MN to drive sales and lead store operations with a focus on floorset execution and guest experience. You’ll mentor associates to uphold AE brand standards and ensure replenishment and merchandising excellence.

You’ll be a key support to the Store Team Leader, delivering training, coaching, and performance feedback to build a high-performing team that represents our REAL self and AEO values daily.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales performance.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to meet brand standards.
• Strong eye for merchandising and floorset execution aligned with brand visuals.
• Proven capability to manage replenishment and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• You drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
