Job summary

AEO is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to act as the Store Team Leader's go-to in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy. You will coach your team to achieve AEO brand Visual standards and ensure the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment and floorset execution.

You will lead training, performance reviews, and daily operations to drive KPIs and guest satisfaction, while aligning with our values and customer service standards.

Responsibilities
