AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Orlando to drive top-line sales and execute our visual standards across the store. You will lead the team as a trusted partner to the Store Team Leader, focusing on coaching, training, and floorset execution to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

In this role you will manage replenishment, performance feedback, and staffing to ensure the store remains guest-ready and aligned with AEO brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and floorset execution to brand standards.
• Coach and develop a team to uphold customer service standards on salesfloor and fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet store needs and support growth.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to improve results.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection while adhering to company policies.
