Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Pottstown, PA to develop and implement the merchandising strategy, train and coach the team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards, and ensure floorset execution and replenishment. You will lead by example to create a guest-ready store that reflects our values and drives sales.

You will recruit and develop talent, provide ongoing feedback, and manage daily operations while upholding safety and integrity of the store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams.
• Proven ability to coach and train staff.
• Strong knowledge of brand visual standards.
• Ability to manage replenishment and floorset execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty and analyze trends to improve KPIs.
