Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader at the Roseville store to drive merchandising strategy and coach a high-performing team. You will ensure floorset execution, guest-ready presentation, and brand standard adherence while leading replenishment and daily operations.

You’ll develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and align team efforts with store goals, delivering an exceptional guest experience and achieving KPIs through strong leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by optimizing fittings, floors and guest loyalty.
• Inspire and coach team to uphold AEO visual standards and brand guidelines.
• Recruit, train and develop store associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing feedback, development plans and performance reviews.
• Maintain daily operations and visual standards across all store zones.
• Ensure guest readiness and adherence to safety and asset protection policies.
