Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader at our Bay Shore, NY location. You will partner with the Store Team Leader to develop and implement merchandising strategy, coach staff, and ensure floorset execution meets brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key LOD (Leader on Duty) by maximizing fitting room and Salesfloor productivity.
• Coach your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure adherence to AEO Brand Standards.
• Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs with the Store Team Leader.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and floor presentation to reflect brand standards.
• Recruit and train strong talent to ensure store staffing meets business needs and maintain service quality.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, development plans, and regular team touchpoints.
