Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and floorset execution to reflect brand standards.
• Coach and develop team to ensure exceptional customer service and performance.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet staffing needs; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards and support audits.
