Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader at Towson Town Center to drive merchandising strategy and guest experience. You will train and coach a team to deliver AEO brand standards, ensure floorsets are executed flawlessly, and keep the store guest-ready through replenishment and smart merchandising decisions.

You will lead by example, coach for performance, recruit and develop talent, and maintain strong teamwork and operational procedures to meet KPIs and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a team to meet brand standards.
• Strong business acumen and KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• You drive sales as a Leader on Duty, maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• You coach the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and maintain AEO Brand Standards.
• You lead by example on service standards, especially on the sales floor and fitting room.
• You recruit, hire and develop Talent to meet business needs and build a strong team.
• You provide real-time coaching and conduct performance reviews to engage associates.
