Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader who acts as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing merchandising strategy, training and coaching the team to deliver AEO brand standards and exceptional guest experiences. You will drive sales, ensure floorset execution, and maintain replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.

You will lead, develop, and motivate the team, upholding customer service standards and brand values while modeling integrity and accountability

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a store environment.
• Strong ability to coach for excellent guest service and brand standards.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store performance.

Responsibilities
