Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Traverse City store to drive merchandising and seamless store operations. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram execution, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities include leading SOP compliance, maintaining pricing accuracy, executing promotions, and coaching team members. You will manage in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and store safety and assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Wamiliarity with SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOP adherence and company programs.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product placement.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving.
• Coach and develop team members; support asset protection.
