Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Experience with inventory control and pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and in-stock flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store conditions.
• Train and coach team members and reduce shrink.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes.
• Support backroom organization and customer readiness.
