Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.

You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through effective workload planning and inventory control. As a key leader, you will supervise truck execution, planogram compliance, stock replenishment, and backroom organization while coaching team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong workload planning, inventory management, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity as MOD.
• Oversee truck execution, stock flow, and planogram (POG) execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and pricing integrity.
• Support Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
