Job summary
Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Michigan is seeking an Operations Supervisor to collaborate with sales and delivery teams to drive productivity and deliver outstanding customer service.
You will train merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies, and monitor operational effectiveness using company systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
- High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve productivity and customer service.
- Train merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and policies.
- Ensure usage of company systems to monitor operations and policy compliance.
- Assign and adjust work to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands.
- Conduct “work-withs” and “go behinds” to monitor productivity, safety and service standards.
- Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
