Job summary

Join Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider, on the 1st shift in Wisconsin. You will support sales and delivery teams to boost productivity and ensure outstanding customer service across routes.

You’ll train merchandisers, monitor performance using company systems, and adjust workloads to meet demand while upholding safety and policy standards. Strong leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience, or a high school diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum state age requirements.
• Must lift, push, pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
