Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a capable supervisor to lead merchandisers and coordinate with sales and delivery teams on the first shift. The role requires 18+, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and solid leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership.
• Or High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds with keg products or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned
