Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 11+ years of experience and 6+ years of leadership.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with various departments to ensure timely loading of all distribution equipment and coordinate volume forecasts.
• Manage day-to-day distribution center operations and supervise the DC team.
• Analyze daily/weekly KPI data and maintain collaboration to achieve goals and customer satisfaction.
• Safeguard company assets and promote teamwork and transparency.
• Experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, ELS and/or GreenMile applications.
• Other duties as assigned.
