Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California is seeking a results‑driven operations role to support our delivery routes and merchandiser program. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to boost productivity and service quality, while training merchandisers on standards, safety and policy adherence.

The position is full‑time and requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience or a longer tenure with a lower formal education level, plus the ability to lift up to 175 pounds

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct “work‑withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned
