Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider, seeks a field operations supervisor to collaborate with sales and delivery teams, train merchandisers, and ensure robust use of company systems across routes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned
