Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring for a full-time role on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri) in Michigan. You will train merchandisers, collaborate with sales and delivery teams, and monitor operations to ensure productivity and customer service excellence.

Required is a 2–4 year degree with leadership exposure or 5–7+ years with leadership, plus ability to lift up to 175 lb with pallet tools. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service.
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies.
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes.
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands.
• Conduct “work-withs”, “go behinds”, to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards.
