Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time supervisor to work with sales and delivery teams to improve processes and maintain outstanding customer service on assigned routes. You will train merchandisers on standards, monitor productivity, ensure policy compliance, and adjust workloads to meet demand.

Requires 18+ and relevant experience; ability to lift up to 175 lbs with pallet jacks and keg handling.

Qualifications

• Education plus leadership: Bachelor's with 2–4 years related plus 0–1 year leadership, or HS with 5–7+ years specific experience and 2–3+ years leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Able to lift, push, pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds with keg products or pallet jacks/loading tool.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct "work-withs", "go behinds", to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned
