Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Benicia, CA is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor to join our beverage distribution team. You will collaborate with sales and delivery to improve processes, train merchandisers, and ensure safe, efficient routes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 175 pounds when handling keg products or using pallet jacks/loading tools.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to improve processes that drive productivity and maintain excellent customer service
• Train and develop merchandisers daily on merchandising standards, waste reduction, safety, and company policies
• Ensure wide and consistent usage of company systems to monitor operational effectiveness, reinforce policy compliance, and support performance expectations across assigned routes
• Assign and adjust work as needed to meet sales, delivery and customer demands
• Conduct champion activities such as “work-withs” and “go behinds” to survey and monitor employee productivity, safety and customer service standards
• Other projects or duties as assigned
