The Home Depot is offering a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) program. You will gain hands-on experience across Garden, Hardware, Lumber, Building Materials, Plumbing, and Electrical departments while learning to execute key programs that enhance customer service, product availability, and store presentation.

During a training period of up to six weeks, you will work with Store Managers, ASMs, and field teams to develop strategies that boost sales and profitability,

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience; 3 years preferred leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates in selling efforts and model GET culture; drive customer service and engagement.
• Perform opening/closing MOD and other store-wide responsibilities; enforce SOPs and safety compliance.
• Follow safety and hazmat procedures and Safety Matters guidelines at all times.
• Plan merchandise placement, signing, and stock integrity with partners; manage daily store operations.
• Participate in structured training covering operations, customer service, profitability, and policies; complete modules and assessments.
