The Home Depot is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience across Garden, Hardware, Lumber, Building Materials, Plumbing, and Electrical departments. The program includes mentorship, leadership development, and exposure to Manager on Duty duties, with a focus on sales, service, and store presentation.

During the up-to-6-week training, MASMs in Training will learn to oversee departments, support stock integrity, scheduling, and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include being 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Preferred qualifications include ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Oversee customer experience and lead store culture, driving service and engagement.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure safety compliance and hazmat procedures are followed by self and associates.
• Plan merchandising placement, signing, and stock integrity with partners.
• Participate in a structured training program to prepare for an Assistant Manager position.
