The Home Depot is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in the duties of a Specialty Assistant Store Manager. The program includes mentorship, leadership development, and exposure to manager-on-duty tasks while overseeing Garden, Hardware, Lumber, Building Materials, Plumbing, and Electrical departments.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in retail or related field.
• Preferred: 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates to drive customer service and engagement.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing MOD and SOP compliance.
• Plan merchandise placement and inventory control with key partners.
• Participate in a structured MASM-IT training program for future management.
