The Home Depot is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) who will gain hands-on experience across Garden, Hardware, Lumber, Building Materials, Plumbing, and Electrical departments. You will work under the Store Manager and ASMs to learn MASM duties and develop leadership skills in a structured training program.

You will participate in a comprehensive program focusing on operations, customer service excellence, sales, profitability, and policy compliance.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates in the selling effort and model company culture to drive customer service and engagement.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing MOD and adherence to SOPs with emphasis on safety and shrink mitigation.
• Ensure safety and hazmat procedures are followed by self and team at all times.
• Plan merchandise placement, signing, and inventory integrity with key partners to support sales and profitability.
• Participate in a structured training program covering retail management, including staffing, scheduling, stock control, and performance management.
