Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to assist the Merchandising Team Leader in upholding AE Brand Visual Standards across the store.

You will drive Floorset execution, training, and replenishment to ensure a guest-ready environment that reflects the AEbrand. You are a collaborative leader with a keen eye for detail, ready to optimize guest experience, manage floor responsibilities, and coach the team to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AE Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, and set productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Promote a teamwork culture and recognize team achievements.
• Maintain store safety standards and shrink-reduction initiatives.
