Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to drive store merchandising in line with AEO Brand Visual Standards. You’ll lead Floorset execution, partner with the Merchandising Team Leader, and ensure guest-ready presentation across all departments.

This role requires strong organizational skills, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to replenishment and sell-through. You’ll coach staff, monitor standards, and help create a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience for

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring store reflects Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution through training, coaching, and setting productivity goals for the Floorset team.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and recognition while maintaining brand standards across merchandising and replenishment.
• Prioritize guest experience and participate in celebrating wins with the team.
• Adhere to store safety standards and shrink-reduction strategies in line with AE policies.
