Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to act as the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store showcases AE Brand Visual Standards and executes floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the guest experience exceptional.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, and collaborate with leadership to capitalize on merchandising opportunities while maintaining a guest-first approach and a strong store culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends
• Retail merchandising and visual skills

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution through coaching and training the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, adjust sell-through and replenishment as needed.
• Help maintain store safety standards and Shrink-reducing practices on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins while prioritizing guest experience.
